Based on consultation between strangerpixel and the Kraszna-Krausz Foundation management team, we agreed the following project requirements:

• A bold, clean visual design based closely on the Foundation's new stationery design and logo
• A more accessible website with improved navigation
• A content management system (CMS) to allow the team to update the site with latest news, entry requirements and prize winners
• Improved performance in search engine rankings

In line with this brief, the final website has the following key features:

• A crisp look and feel with plenty of white space
• Standards-compliant markup for accessibility and fast page load times
• Consistent navigation in the form of a cascading menu system
• Search-engine-friendly URLs
• An easy-to-use CMS with a blogging tool for news updates and hierarchical page structure for the different site sections
